PC to 360 ports do run faster on a PC. Thus the word PORT. lol...The games are made to maximize a PC's one core and not the 360's multi core. So yes you will get a better frame rate but not enough to notice really or brag about. A 4000 dollar computer and a 400 dollar 360 gives about the same performace on PORTS. But games that are made to use the 3 cores won't be possible on the computer. And as of now. NO game uses all 3 cores. Multithreading is somthing developers are just now starti...
If you plug a high end PC into an HD TV...and then play the 360 on a hd tv....with the same game...for example Prey....You will not see a difference in visuals...I have tested it myself. And when IGN and Gamespot do comparissons for their PC ports to 360...they use dvi conncectors to the computer lcd. And componant to a hd tv. And they run the games in 720p. Technically 720p isn't going to be sharper than 1200 by 1600 on a computer. But if you run it in 1080i. You get 1920 by 1080 lines...

Notice the Powerful lighting effects that can only be done on the 360. This game is exclusive to the power of the 360. And you can see that PC's and ps3's can't produce games that look like this.

Developers make great games. Not game systems. lol....So any developer can make a crappy game for any system. But you know you are doing something right when you sweep the E3 2006 gaming awards and developers rave about you system....Thats why the 360 is producing unbelievable games. Happy developers make good games. Grumpy developers make bad games. If it cost too much to develope a game and the system is hard to make games for....Thats what you get...Its sony's fault...don't blame us....
Superior physics due to the 3 independant cores running at 3.2 ghz each. I'm just going off of what I have played. We will know for sure when the ps3 launches and we have hands on. Untill then...I have played the 360 and developers believe the 360 is better for games. And the screen shots prove it.
